The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternative
Nice Cloud Vapor is one of the companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Management have issued warning letters to an additional ten companies, including Cool Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t possess the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually popular with young adults, but that adults should also be protected contrary to the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, a number of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, they were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These states were misleading, the FDA states, because no FDA regulatory benchmarks or laws exist to modify dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label especially stated that the product could possibly be used as a supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports take or an athletic supplement, based on the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, he or she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the intake of candies, not chewing gum, and that the flavors were added following the manufacturing process. Based on the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the product to get misused, if ingested, by children, or a person who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include exact statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the merchandise, the business’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the product was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small children would not elect to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They might probably think that the product was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false marketing is to strictly regulate the output of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague terminology or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is definitely not.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Great Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice goods including several premium brands, a couple of which had an array of what flavors do puff bars can be found in. When I purchased my Great Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not interest me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked a lot like the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a fairly large amount of nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking because the entire mouth area of the disposable system was filled with the whitish color of smoking. I viewed the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained a similar things that I have come to expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other goods: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between this product and the other products was that product did not consist of any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece delicately on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Promptly, my throat hit a good warm spot on the back of my throat that has been not found during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My second puff sent a rush of flavor through my lips which lasted only for a second and my throat hit another spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled slowly but surely while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a mild pepper to taste. After the third puff I experienced a nice and tangy flavor with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, providing me all of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session and never have to worry about obtaining a bad buzz from it.
